SONGZTER's mobile stage cma fest
Here’s what you need to get a spot on our mobile stage at CMA fest this 2025:
Dates: 5,6,7 of June from 10am to 8pm, each band will have a two hours set.
requirements:
Genre: country, pop-country, pop, Americana, rock, pop rock. if there is a different genre like rap or instrumental, submit your application and we will would contact you if necessary.
Need to have a minimum of three members up to six members, consider having a good presence on stage.
Need to download SONGZTER, signup and get verified (to get verified simply need to go to your profile, settings and verify profile, upload ID and selfie, you’ll get verified within 24 hours, each band member have to get verified separately to be on our stage or any of our events.
Make sure all band members are following us on instagram.

make sure of the date and time you pick because it can’t be changed.
SONGZTER doesn’t take money from artists so we aren’t charging the artists for this event, we are providing a platform for the artist to showcase their art in music, we aren’t paying the artists so if you are hiring band members you would cover them, you will have your cash app, Venmo or PayPal info on a banner. our stage will be in motion, meaning we will be moving slowly in circles around broadway, that way you would have more exposure to a larger audience, we would be stopping at red lights, is it dangerous? no, we would be moving so slow that you will n0t feel it, the platform will have a 36 inches rail around it, like the bars on wheels you see on broadway every day. we will also have one photographer on stage and one on ground for content that you can use afterwards for your own content.
The stage will have Alesis drums set, mic stands, mics, wireless in-ear monitor for lead singer, all other band members will have wired-in-ear in-ear monitor (must bring their own earplugs or headsets), anything that needs to be bolted to the floor will be ready on the platform, you’d bring your bass and guitars or any other instrument ready to plug and play.
If you have a banner or flyer printed must send a day in advance prior to show or drop it off at 1525 12th Ave North Nashville TN 37208, banner sizes can go any size from 3ft tall and 16ft long and because they’re expensive, we recommend to just use posters of 24×36 or any size available, can print posters at Staples, Fedex or Ken Binkley Sing Co, we recommend printing two for each side at least so can print four to six banners, make sure it includes your socials or anything that leads people to find you, it can be QR code, also have with you anything to hand out with your information you’d like. we are just providing a platform for you to expose your band/music/talent to visitors during CMA fest.
Loading zone: So far we have planned to load and unload at the parking lot across from Nash house, If for any reason we decide to change location you will be notified, each band will have 15 minutes to get setup and 15 minutes to wrap up.
ROUTE: We haven’t decided what’s going to be the route because so far we haven’t been notified of the streets that will be closed but we will find out two days prior to the fest and will update it here and on instagram so stay tuned. this is our first time so please be patient with us.
